Bengals vs Giants Stream : Week 3 of the NFL preseason is typically the “dress rehearsal” for NFL teams as they play the first-team starters to prepare for the first week of the regular season. For many teams, the first-team offense and defense will play at least a half of football in the most exciting week of the exhibition slate. This week is the closest thing to regular season football fans will see in August.

Of course, some teams won’t play their starting quarterbacks in fear of injury, but many of the first-team signal-callers will see some action this week. Starting quarterbacks and depth chart battles will be decided this week as well.

It’s the third week in August and NFL teams are preparing to play their starters for more than just a quarter of football. That’s the plan for the Bengals as they get set to play their third preseason game under head coach Zac Taylor.

Andy Dalton and the other 21 starters on both sides of the ball will play the entire first half before most of them watch next week’s exhibition against the Colts to wrap up the preseason. Once the third quarter begins, expect to see fourth-round pick Ryan Finley trot out onto the field to command the second-string offense for the second week in a row.

The second week of NFL preseason provided plenty of talking points. Kyler Murray, the number one overall pick of the 2019 draft, struggled badly as the Arizona Cardinals lost to the Oakland Raiders.

The former Oklahoma Sooners star went three-for-eight for just 12 yards and was twice flagged for false starts. For both Murray and the Cardinals it’s way too early to panic but some major improvements are needed.

Murray wasn’t the only rookie quarterback to struggle, as Daniel Jones, the sixth overall pick of the draft, endured a roller-coaster of a game against the Chicago Bears.
